Teams that have excelled in Champions League Group Stage

The UEFA Champions League 2016 - 2017 opens the opportunity to reach perfection as the teams in contention begin their way through the group stage, and again 32 clubs will have a chance to fight for 1 of the 16 places in the knock-out phase.
Since 1992, the Champions League's group stage saw just six teams that have played the group stage with a perfect record with six victories without losses or draws.
AC MILAN 1992-1993
Straight from the Champions new era, the first team to do it was AC Milan in 1992-1993. Managed by Fabio Capello I Rossoneri scored 11 goals and conceded just one taking out of their way IFK Goteborg, Porto and PSV Eindhoven.
Captain Franco Baresi, Marco Van Basten, Paolo Maldini, Frank Rijkaard and Roberto Donadoni were some of the players that were part of such a task force.

PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN 1994-1995

Top scorer with seven goals that season, Liberian George Weah played in that team alongside Daniel Bravo, Daniel Ginola, Valdo and Raí, all under coach Luis Fernandez.
SPARTAK MOSKVA 1995-1996
Spartak Moskva joined this exclusive group the following season after they played in Group B with Legia Warsaw, Rosenborg and Blackburn Rovers against whom they netted the ball 15 times conceding 4.
The Russian team were eliminated in quarterfinals by French side Nantes in a year where Juventus lifted the Orejona after beating Ajax in a penalty shoot-out.
Yuriy Nikiforov and Sergei Yuran scored 5 and 3 goals respectively for the side managed by Georgiy Yartsev.
F.C. BARCELONA 2002-2003
Current Barcelona's coach Luis Enrique was part of the bunch of players that scored13 times and allowed 4 to defeat the likes of Lokomotiv Moscow, Club Brugge and Galatasaray in Group H in a season dominated by two Italian clubs.

Carles Pujol, Patrick Kluivert, Phillip Cocu and Frank de Boer were some of the players that were part of Radomir Antic's team.
REAL MADRID 2011-2012
Nine years later, Real Madrid under Jose Mourinho's orders overcome a shy 1-0 starting against Dinamo Zagreb to score 18 more times and conceded just 2 goals as they smooth sailed in the Group D with Lyon and Ajax as the rest of the integrates.
